Every module begins with a precision-engineered light gauge steel frame: dimensionally exact, non-combustible, and engineered to resist the racking, warping, and settling that plague traditional wood-framed construction over time.
Where others sheathe their walls in OSB or plywood — materials vulnerable to moisture, mold, and fire — we specify cementitious sheathing systems like ZS2 TechBoard and 2" aircrete panels that are inherently non-combustible, moisture-resistant, and structurally rigid from day one. ​​​

ZS2 TechBoard's proprietary magnesium oxide cement technology achieves a flame spread index near zero and a smoke development index below five, meeting Class A fire ratings while also resisting mold, pests, and delamination in even the harshest climates.
Paired with aircrete's lightweight cellular concrete mass, the wall assemblies we deliver offer thermal performance, acoustic density, and fire resilience that simply cannot be replicated with conventional framing and sheathing.
