All prefabricated structures built with ZS2 TechBoard or structural insulated TechPanels. These modified magnesium boards are non-combustible, have zero flame or smoke spread, gain strength when submerged in water, and have no chlorines or VOCs. Designed and tested to withstand the harshest of environments.

EFFICIENT ENVELOPE

Our prefabricated structures provide efficiencies in several key categories including energy, time, and cost. Our goal is to be 30% more efficient than energy code which will qualify you for tax credits through the Energy Trust of Oregon (ETO).

By prefabricating offsite, we reduce the on-site labor by at least 40%. We reduce the overall project construction schedule, on-site labor, insurance risk, and material waste.Completed structure can be placed on any engineered foundation.

ATTAINABLE OWNERSHIP

We are addressing the barrier to entry-level home ownership and providing opportunities for buyers that don't currently exist in the market. Our first project in Medford (Breath of Life Medford "Ruah Kadosh" pictured to the left), offers single-family attached or stand alone home ownership within multi-family zoning.
